»  Could I pulverize the almond?

Yes! Some machines are special design for oily or sticky material, for example: Oil Crops Pulverizing Machine (RT-66S) for almond, peanut and sesames.

»  Could I pulverize the spice? Some material is maybe sticky or oily.

If the spice is dry or has dried process, they will be puliverized.
If you need puliverize oily or sticky material, you could mix with some dry material to pulverize.
And while grinding, every amout of feeding material is not too much.
While grinding the oily and sticky material like Chinese red date, they will stick the sieve, grinding blate or grinding trough.
The treatment:Chinese red date is much dry and it will be pulverized much easier. 

»  Could I grind fruit?

Our machines only are applied in dry material, for example: herb, rice, corn and so on.
The machine can not pulverize material which is wet, oily, and sticky.
If the fruit has been dried, the machine can pulverize it.
